Information we collect
Through our confidential contact form we may collect your name, email address, company (optional), and the content of your message. We do not ask for a telephone number.
How we use it
We use your information solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, to communicate with you about a potential mandate, and to keep appropriate business records. We do not sell personal information.
How we share it
Messages are delivered by email to the firm’s mailbox for review by the principal and authorized personnel. We may share information with professional advisors or service providers bound by confidentiality where it is needed to evaluate or execute a mandate, or where required by law.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed for business and legal purposes — generally no longer than 24 months for inquiries that do not become mandates, unless a longer period is required by law or by an active mandate.
Security
Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We use commercially reasonable measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, including Quebec’s Law 25 and PIPEDA, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Write to info@mbgfinance.com and we will respond within the timeframes the law requires.
Analytics
If we use analytics, we configure them to respect privacy and minimize personal data. We do not use advertising trackers that sell your data.
